The Founder of a large networking group "HR Leaders Berlin" with 1500 members continuing since 7 years. After a career spent in corporate companies having best in class practices, she founded an HR consulting business in Berlin in 2012 and ran this organization for about 4 years to create streamlined people processes for tech companies in early and growing stage to help them create self-sustaining teams to enable founders to lead teams efficiently. Few years ago, she came back to Istanbul and since then she works with tech ventures both at company side and as consultant.
