TUBA UÇAR

Tuba Uçar was born in 1976, in Ankara. In her last year of high school, she moved to Istanbul because of her family's job circumstances. She earned her bachelor degree from Istanbul University, Department of Turkish Language and Literature. During her university years, she simultaneously worked as an amateur theater actress. She commenced her career in the second year of her university as a surveyor and stand hostess. She worked in the Public Relations Department, in the shopping center named as “Capitol”, located in Altunizade, Istanbul. During her third year in the university, she had the oppurtunity to work part time in “Garanti Bankası” with a new project and started her professional adventure. After graduating from her university, she continued her career being as Commercial Portfolio Specialist. She specialized in corporate representation, financial analysis, sales skills and customer relationship management. She ended her 8 years of banking experience in 2004 when she became assistant manager. She joined Unida Human Resources Management and Training Services to work in the field of Human Resources. She completed the 130 hours Human Resources certificate program coordinated by METU. She earned the title “Consultant” by focusing on the specific field with the aid of the projects carried out with different companies from various sectors. She gave trainings on selection and placement processes design and collective recruitment projects, HR department installation, training process design, performance appraisal systems design and implementation guidance feedback trainings. She has worked in the areas of corporate culture analysis, valuation center applications, competency determination-talent pooling, and creation of company values. In order to combine her knowledge with field experience, she worked as a professional HR manager in production and retail sectors. She carried out blue-collar motivation and productivity studies, worker health and safety studies. She has worked in the generation Y in retail sector, reducing personnel turnover rates, training needs analysis and process design, organizational development. She took charge in administrative affairs. She gave training to management teams on interview techniques, rewarding, employee satisfaction and performance management. She conducted executive training program projects. Knowing that there is a high chance that indeed miracles can happen wherever there is a human being, she first worked on her own roadmap and personal development training to guide each individual to discover their own unique potential. Tuba Uçar, whose greatest motivation is to learn, to share what she has learned and to grow by sharing, believes that every goal is achieved when it is desired and devoted with love. With the coaching certificate of Adler International Learning Central Europe, she managed to let people to discover themselves and to stay on their own true destination. Tuba Uçar is a professional coach to institutions and individuals. Uçar, who completed the İzgören Academy Training Expertise program, combines her experiences with her organizational perspective and designs trainings and projects in line with the needs of institutions and individuals towards “transformation journeys, and provides application support. Since the development of employees is the first priority for the development of all the corporations; coaching competencies and practices aimed their gainings to serve as a deep impact of life. She has experience of transformation consultancy especially in Corporate Culture analysis, Value and Talent Management, all functions of Human Resources, increasing employee loyalty and satisfaction, determining corporate roadmap. While working in the areas of organizational development for institutions, she supports individuals to draw their own roadmap by providing career coaching, executive coaching and mother coaching. She completed the two-year Birth Preparation Instructor and Doulûk program at Istanbul Maternity Academy. She gives trainings to families and gives psychological support to mothers during childbirth. Her hobbies are traveling, tasting different dishes, reading and writing books on mysticism and old Turkish literature. She has a daughter.
