Right after her graduation from Koc University, Business Administration department, she was hired as a Marketing MT at Pfizer. During her 15 years of career in Pfizer, which includes a year in Pfizer UK, she had increasing responsibilities in Marketing, Access, Training and Human Resources areas. She experienced working in different cultures being responsible for Eatern Europe, Switzerland, Austria and CauCar regions. Currently she is Pfizer Turkey’s HR Lead. Married with 2 daughters.
