Senem Korol is a HR professional with diverse industry experience. She completed her education in International Relations in Koc Univeristy. After graduation, she started her career at the Coca-Cola Company based in Turkey in training. She then worked in different fields in HR including talent management, leadership development and business partnering. She led the HR field of a merger acquisition project in Coca- Cola Syria which was the most critical project of the region called as Middle East and Southern Eurasia. She then moved to Kenya, where she worked as the Senior HR Business Partner responsible for 28 East African countries. In order to enrich her market experience, she then moved to Russia and led the Leadership and Talent Development agenda of Russia, Ukraine and Belarus. In 2012, she came back to Turkey and joined Coca-Cola Icecek which is the 5th biggest bottler of the Coca-Cola Company and worked for 4 years. Throughout four years, she first was responsible for the Supply Chain organization including 9 plants and the HQ employees and then took the responsibility of Sales and Marketing. After completing 10 years in Coca-Cola system, she moved to Arcelik, a global consumer durables company and led HR operations of Europe, US, Middle East and North Africa including 18 affiliates covering mature as well as newly established businesses. After completing different country and industry experience, Senem joined Sanofi as Head of HR in July, 2018. Senem likes travelling to get exposure to different cultures and loves reading especially in the area of leadership and culture.
