Actor, CoFounder, İhtiyaç HaritasıAfter graduating from high school, he studied Radio-television broadcasting in Sweden and received acting education in the Theatre Department of Ankara University School of Language, History and Geography. He has performed in many films, theatre Works and Tv productions since 2005. Besides figuring as the leading actor in the films “Başka Dilde Aşk”, “Atlıkarınca” and “Bir Varmış Bir Yokmuş” he was involved in the script-writing of these films with İlksen Başarır. Having started to perform on the theatre stage when he was a student., Mert Fırat is among the founders of Moda Sahnesi, Bursa SanatMahal and DasDas. Currently, he is playing the theatre audiences in the plays “Bütün Çılgınlar Sever Beni” at the Moda Sahnesi and with “Joseph K.” players at DasDas. So far, many successful projects located Fırat, but also Avrupa Birliği Türkiye Delegasyonu organized by “Geleceğin Harmonisi” event and Anadolu Sigorta “Bir Usta Bin Usta” is a very important night at anchor as the premiere of the Project, a moderator has made. Fırat, who works voluntarily with different associations and foundations on corporate social responsibility issues, is a partner in two different projects. he is involved in now, one is the SanatMahal Project he has launched with his partners in Bursa. Mert Fırat has actively contributed to the design, planning of the Project. The United Nations Development Programme (UNDP) Turkey appointed regionally acclaimed actor Mert Fırat as its first Goodwill Ambassador in Turkey.
