Biography

Josephine Monberg runs Communication and Culture for SAP’s Global Industry and Value Advisory team and has a background in Branding and Communication from Copenhagen Business School and the City College of New York. She founded a start-up while a graduate, which failed miserably (as start-ups do) and after that she has taken on several corporate roles within communication, branding and culture. Her passion is to create a “Culture of Kindness” built on fulfilling employees’ psychological needs, using communication to enable this. Since she leads communication for a virtual team, she is also a specialist in creating a corporate culture in a virtual setting.
