Günışığı Uzunoğlu started her career as a Human Resources Specialist at Garanti Payment Systems. Subsequently, she moved to telecom industry joining Turkcell Global Bilgi where she worked at HR System Development and Account Management domains. In 2011, she joined Vodafone Turkey and ever since she has held a number of roles including HR Business Partner, HR Manager for Vodafone Cyprus and most recently Talent Senior Manager which she continues to hold focus on digital talent, future of work and creating an inclusive workplace. She is a certified assessor, co-active coach and mentor. She holds a bachelor’s degree in Guidance and Psychological Counseling from Boğaziçi University and a master’s degree in Organizational Behaviour from Marmara University.
