Gerard Hargreaves is an International Business Coach, Trainer and Facilitator, helping individuals and organisations achieve maximum performance and effectiveness.
For 11 years he held senior appointments at MaST International before becoming Head of the Centre for Director Development at the Institute of Directors. There he successfully developed one-to-one coaching for directors and senior executives.
He now acts as an independent consultant and executive coach to a wide range public and private sector organisations. As an executive coach he specialises in working with clients in the area of time management, prioritising, stress management, work/life balance, preparing for new roles and making the transition from senior management to board level appointments.
Gerard has also broadcast on television and radio and consulted on the production of BBC Training Videos. He is the co-author of the BBC Books publication Making Time and author of Stress Management and the Co-Author, with DR Monica Seeley, of Managing in the Email Office.
