I have had the privilege to work across wellness sectors, engineering manufacturing, oil and gas and most recently in Home appliances. My background as a CTI coach and a certified DISC professional has always supported me in establishing synergy between business strategy and employee wellbeing. Over 15 years of working across MNC’s and different sectors within this region, the biggest learning has been to keep challenging the status quo. With this in line, I have spearheaded Remote working polices, global digitization projects in employee engagement and wellness sphere. I truly believe that as an HR professional my job is to guide, plan and implement policies that are authentic to the organic growth of an organization and its people.
