Ahu Köseoğlu was born in 1973 in Istanbul. She completed 3.5 years of primary school education in the United States and continued at Şişli Terakki Primary School then transferred to Dost Private College for both secondary school and high school. She graduated from Boğaziçi University completing double major in Psychology plus Political Science and International Relations, both with high honors. After graduation, she commenced on working as a Recruitment Consultant in Arthur Andersen Human Resources Consultancy Department and then she worked as a manager in the Education Consultancy Department, where she was a co-founder of. During this period, she gained extensive experience especially in evaluation, recruitment, training and supervision in both domestic and international projects. Following the merger of Arthur Andersen and Ernst & Young, she became responsible for the human resources of Ernst & Young Global -headquartered in London- training of employees at all levels respectively, with the titles of Europe, Asia-Europe and Global Training Manager. She has also gained experience in global strategy setting and international talent management. Later, through LEADD (Learning and Development Dimensions) Consulting, which she co-founded, she continued to provide training, selection and development of trainers, international trainers supervision and coaching services to Ernst & Young Global Human Resources. She also took part in various organizations as guest speaker. While she was continuing her corporate career, she commenced her academic studies as a part-time lecturer at Yeditepe University and focused on psychology again in this process, where her institutional perspective was individualized. She combined her 20 years of experience in counseling and talent management with the help of her experience in Couples Therapy at the Tavistock Center for Couple Relationships in London and the Family Counseling Master Program, that she completed being as the finest of the faculty, at Bahçeşehir University. At this moment, she provides individual, couple and family counseling services on issues such as relationships, communication, work-life balance, anxiety management, couple adjustment, deception, separation, divorce, as well as her corporate studies, with the psychological resource management approach within her co-founder Aktosun & Köseoğlu. Since a major part of her business and private life was spent abroad, she is doing her studies both in Turkish and English and works with foreign clients. She continued her academic career as a part-time instructor at Bahçeşehir University for a period. She has two daughters.
