The COVID-19 pandemic and the consequent uncertainties it has created are now at the forefront of nearly everyone’s minds in 2020. According to the worldwide research conducted in 2020 from “Willis Towers Watson” company, shows that more than 90% of employees are reporting experiencing increased rates of stress-related disorders, while 54% are finding it increasingly difficult to focus on their jobs.
So what role can Human Resources play in these changing times? Is it just a wild dream that HR could lead employees through "post-traumatic growth" as they experience change? How will HR emerge after the pandemic, and where will new possibilities for change be directed? This year, LOOP Summit is calling on those in HR to take a large step forward, follow the White Rabbit, and reach the wonderland of "change".
