This data will be transferred to the company with the title of Microsoft, registered at address 1, One Microsoft Place, South County Business Park, Leopardstown, Dublin 18, D18 P521, Ireland and providing server service to Actifit in line with your explicit consent.
Transferring the personal data contained herein abroad is based on your explicit consent in accordance with Article 8/1 of the Personal Data Protection Law.
Right to Withdraw Your Consent
You have the right to withdraw the consent you provided to Actifit for the processing of your personal data subject to your consent to be transferred abroad, at any time without providing any valid reason. Actifit and/or its suppliers will terminate processing your data for this reason immediately after your request to withdraw your consent reaches Actifit.
Any withdrawal will not affect the legality of the processing based on your consent prior to this withdrawal. Actifit will continue to preserve the personal data you provided before your consent is withdrawn for as long as permitted or required by applicable law.
The transfer of your personal data abroad will be stopped immediately after you close your account or request us to stop transferring your personal data.
